Wow,? easy on the ... Wow,? easy on the light honey, parts of your face are completely washed out...
do you have? nude ... do you have? nude videos of yourself?
I was recommending ... I was recommending those two (Sigma/Tamron) lenses because they offer good quality for a decent price and have F2.8 as widest aperture, which can come in very handy esp. when you´re shooting weddings! Are those third-party lenses really grey-market lenses? Don´t know,? sry. I know some very content users of those lenses and I know the reviews, they seem to be pretty good! With my 550D/T2i gear I´m mostly using the 15-85 USM and the 270EXII, good enough for my current purposes!
I am actually ... I am actually picking up the Canon 50mm f/1.8 this Friday. I found one in a local electronics shop that's in stock now so no waiting. eBay obviously has them a little cheaper, but I'd have to wait 2-3 week for delivery since I'm in Canada and all the competitive prices are in Hong Kong. It's currently going for 129.99. I feel that it's reasonable for such a versatile lense. As per the 28-135mm, I will definitely be looking into? that as well. Thank you again for the help. :)
Thank you ... Thank you Fetzinger10. I was contemplating an external flash actually.? I noticed that the prices aren't too bad and the benefits are endless. Seems like even if I don't need it NOW, I will find a use for it in the future. Nobody likes a flash directly in their face. Now, I notice you are recommending grey market lenses. Is there a reason? Better performance, build quality, or price point? Again, thank you very much for the response.
Thank? you very ... Thank? you very much for your response. The input is greatly appreciated!
ok here is my ... ok here is my question!!!!? What are the odds to intern and or be your back up!!!!!
You have a few ... You have a few inexpensive? options. I use an ewa marine bag for my SLRs and an inexpensive Canon underwater case for my Powershot G7.
hi... i want to do ... hi... i want to do underwater photography. but don't want to spend on those expensive waterproof cases. is there a better way? or probably? can i make it on my own? thanks.
My favorite is? the ... My favorite is? the D3100.
What is a good? ... What is a good? entry level DSLR?
I've been doing? ... I've been doing? some practice shots with my umbrella's and soft boxes. Do you have any recommendations for books which talk about different light setups. The book would be kind of like a lab where I could follow the steps to learn some different light step ups.
Also do you use an external light meter?
This question is ... This question is for my daily? workflow, not a backup plan. Would you recommend keeping all my photos and Lightroom Catalog on an external hard drive or just use my MacBook Pro's internal HardDrive for both?
D3100 is worlds ... D3100 is worlds better than the D2x at? high ISO
How is? the noise ... How is? the noise performance/image quality on the D2x in comparison with the D3100? Is it a worthwile upgrade?
@DistraughtYouth ... @DistraughtYouth One of the best lenses for your Canon is? also the least expensive...the 50mm f/1.8 lens. Known affectionately as the "nifty fifty", it's a fixed 50mm lens that produces razor sharp images and it only costs around $100. Another lens with exceptional image quality is the Canon 15-85mm. A bit heavy, but great for wide angle shooting and portraits. For walkaround purposes I use the 28-135mm. Experience has taught me to stick with Canon glass for the best image quality..
Get primes, a 35mm ... Get primes, a 35mm f 2, 50mm f 1.8, 85mm f 1.8 and try to get good with those three. Every focal length has different effects on depth of field and it is much easier to learn with primes. Zooms are hard to get really? good with and takes years of practice. Sure alot of people have them but most of them dont have a clue about high standard photography and always go around asking why their pics are not like they want. Its because they have not mastered any focal length at all.
Why do you show so ... Why do you show so much flesh in your vids, grow up and act? like a real woman insted of like a teenage girl using her body to get noticed ?
When you travel, ... When you travel, which camera bodies and? lens do you bring?
OK,? my question is ... OK,? my question is....with all the videos you make and cameras that get beet up and broken in the videos......how much do you think you spend on gear from year to year? Also real quick do you know how cute you are? Wink wink. Thanks. Dougie MacLovin.
Sigma or Tamron 17- ... Sigma or Tamron 17-50mm, 2.8, Sigma 17-70mm 2.8-4,0 DC OS or if you don´t need a lens that fast, Canon 16-85 USM IS. Furthermore: Canon Speedlight 430 EX II? or 580 EX II (in doubt the bigger one, just to be on the save side with a wedding..) Also buy a diffusor - the images look better with it. I´ve used a T2i on several occasions, that´s why I´m writing a response to your question. Maybe Leigh wants to add anything else..
I just purchased? a ... I just purchased? a Canon Rebel T2i. It came with the 18-55mm Kit lens most commonly seen mainstream eletronics stores. I ultimately plan on taking photographs at weddings, scenery shots and portraits. What lens/lenses and or accessories do you advise for a novice breaking into the field?
Do you shoot your ... Do you shoot your videos with a Nikon? I'm starting to think your? Youtube videos are just advertising for Nikon- do you own other brands of cameras?
I have a D300s , ... I have a D300s , still getting to know the camera. It came with a 18-200 lens. what is the best y=use? for this set up? Landscape or just general all around shooting?
Do you watch other ... Do you watch other photo sites like? e.g. DigitalRev, Froknowsphoto and so on?
Have you ever taken ... Have you ever taken urbex? photos?
Best site to show ... Best site to show your photos on? line for an amateur photographer.
Would you like to ... Would you like to go on a photo date? I just thought of it so bear with me... Take your camera along with you to your favorite places in your city. Act as if you're on a date. Where would you take me? What would we do? What would we eat? Maybe throw in one of those gorgeous smiles or three. I would do the same in response. Sometimes dates aren't perfect but they all have a bit of story? to tell.
I have a Nikon 3100 ... I have a Nikon 3100 camera, and I wonder? what is the difference between "D light" and "TTL"?
